Заммэра Москвы Марат Хуснуллин отметил, что до конца года в столице могут ввести еще около 1 млн кв. м

Свыше 10 млн кв. м недвижимости ввели в эксплуатацию в Москве в 2019 году. Об этом на форуме "Итоги года. Рынок недвижимости 2019" сообщил заместитель мэра столицы по вопросам градостроительной политики и строительства Марат Хуснуллин.

"Запросил справку в Мосгосстройнадзоре по вводу недвижимости за год. На сегодняшний день Москва перешагнула рубеж по вводу недвижимости в 10 млн кв. м. Никогда за всю историю Москвы мы к такому рубежу не подходили", - сказал Хуснуллин.

По его словам, этот результат еще не предел. Еще до 1 млн кв. м до конца 2019 года могут ввести в эксплуатацию. Он уточнил, что 4,3 млн кв. м - это жилье. Большой объем у гостиниц - почти 900 тыс. кв. м, у офисов введено уже 800 тыс. кв. м, также введено около 500 тыс. кв. м торговых площадей.

"В этом году был беспрецедентный объем ввода недвижимости. В прошлом году в Москве ввели около 9 млн кв. м", - добавил Хуснуллин. Заммэра отметил, что у властей также активные планы по развитию транспортно-пересадочных узлов.
