В столице Украины стоимость индивидуальных домов за период выросла на 100,00% ($665) и составляет 0 долларов за один кв.м.

При этом в области самым дешевым оставался Киево-Святош. район, со средним показателем $0/кв.м., самым дорогим , где средняя цена продажи составила $/кв.м.
