Moody's: Финансовое положение США ухудшается

КИЕВ, 06 фев - SV Development. Рейтинг Aaa, присвоенный США, все еще стабилен, но не известно насколько государственные интервенции на финансовые рынки и стимулирование экономики смогут улучшить слабеющее финансовое состояние, заявляет Moody's Investors Service.

Публично размещенные гособлигации Казначейства США, скорее всего, будут оплачены, считает Стивен Хесс (Steven Hess), старший сотрудник кредитного отдела Moody's.

В конце 2008г. долги государства по облигациям составили 5.8 трлн. долларов.

Соотношение объема долгов к размеру ВВП, а также долги и проценты государства вырастут до уровней, слишком высоких для рейтинга Ааа, сообщает Market Watch.

«В 2010 году, или позже процентные ставки вырастут с текущих низких уровней, ухудшится доступность федеральных долгов», заявляют аналитики.

Трудно определить последствия покупки привилегированных акций жилищных агентств Freddie Mac и Fannie Mae, приобретения активов в рамках программы TARP или другого капитала, предоставленного банкам.

«Поскольку эти цифры представляют собой покупку активов, их конечный эффект на долги государства еще не ясен», - утверждают аналитики.

«Тем не менее, структурные основы, политическая стабильность и все еще благоприятные посткризисные экономические перспективы поддерживают стабильный прогноз рейтинга Ааа для США».
