Ukraine Trade Guild consulting company operating in the real estate market assumes the further growth of the accommodations leasing rates in trade and office centers by 20-25 pct.

“Though office and maybe trade quarters rent will rise, there won’t be such a huge hike by 50-60 pct as in previous years,” the company’s director general Vadym Neposedov said.
