Construction of cottages is flourishing surrounding Ukrainian capital. Number of cottage villages reached 56. 17 villages are sold out!

Other 39 are under construction. 18% of cottages/ single-family houses are sold finished, 72% are sold unfinished, and in 10% of cases owners handle construction themselves.

Cottages/ single-family houses became the most popular sector of housing in Ukraine. Multi-family housing and townhouses are not on demand at all. Real estate specialists think that townhouses are losing the market because of bed architectural concept at the start.
