General information:
Cottage town is located at 15 kilometers distance from Kyiv (Kievo-Svyatoshin Area).
The general plan of “Kocjubinskoe” settlement envisages construction of 480 cottages and town-houses of area from 135 to 350 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 146,6 hectares. Land lots of 200-300 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered as finished shell and core.

Central communication system provides continuous vital activity of “Kocjubinskoe” settlement. Autonomous heating and hot water supply system is installed in each cottage.

Single architectural and art concept of the settlement has been carefully thought over with consideration of surrounding landscape peculiarities and potential users’ wishes. Houses in the village of “Kocjubinskoe" will be designed in the Western European style.
Landscaping works, paving, lighting, planting will be carried out at the territory.
Social infrastructure:
The settlement would provide for infrastructure, which includes the construction of commercial and entertainment center, schools and sports centre. It also assumes the deployment of the STO, church.

Security:
Territory is fenced by perimeter, and guarded by security service round-the-clock. A check point regime will be arranged at the settlement's territories.
Management:
To ensure the livelihoods village “Kocjubinskoe” will be set up its own Customer service, which will be responsible for maintenance of buildings, engineering systems and roads, cleaning of the territory and operational issues town life
