Cottage town is located at 14 kilometers distance from Kyiv (Vishgorod Area).
The general plan of “Stariy sad” settlement envisages construction of 8 town-houses of area  145 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 0,16 hectares. Land lots of 200 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered as finished «on turn-key».

Communications:

Central communication system provides continuous vital activity of “Stariy sad” settlement. Autonomous heating and hot water supply system is installed in each cottage.

Landscaping works, paving, lighting, planting will be carried out at the territory.

Own infrastructure is not available.

Security:

Territory is fenced by perimeter, and guarded by security service round-the-clock. A check point regime will be arranged at the settlement's territories.
