Cottage town is located at 14 kilometers distance from Kyiv (Kievo-Svyatoshyn Area).
The general plan of “Mily Hutor” settlement envisages construction of 104 cottages of area from 200 to 350 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 20,66 hectares. Land lots of 1200-2500 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
