General information:
Cottage town is located at 12 kilometers distance from Kyiv (Kievo-Svyatoshyn Area).
The general plan of “Lesnoe” settlement envisages construction of 6 cottages of area from 530 to 580 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 23 hectares. Land lots of 2000-2600 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.

Social infrastructure:
Infrastructure including recreation area for children and adults with swimming pool and completely fitted playground and sports ground is envisaged in the settlement.
The settlement's dwellers have an access to infrastructure objects of Vishnevy, including supermarket «Furshet», children clinic hospital, schools, kindergartens, post office, notary, etc. Restaurant «Auto-Grill Myslyvets» is on highway.
Security:
Territory is fenced by perimeter and guarded by professional security service round-the-clock with application of video surveillance equipment.
Management:
Individual Service Department headed by the administrator will be established for life activity provision in the settlement "Lesnoe"; it will be responsible for buildings maintenance, engineering communications and road systems, territories cleaning, and operative issue resolutions concerning the settlements functionality. Gardener services will be provided for the settlement's inhabitants. There is a possibility available to conclude medical service agreements with private clinics as «Medicom» and «Boris».
