General information:
Cottage town is located at 15 kilometers distance from Kyiv (Vyshgorod Area).
The general plan of “Olzhichy” settlement envisages construction of 61 cottages of area from 116 to 175 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 6,5 hectares. Land lots of 1000 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.
Construction material for cottages:
Base: strip;
Walls: wooden LVL;
Roofing: soft roofing ICOPAL (Finland);
Windows: single double glass pane, PVC;
Façade finish: paint, varnish.
Communications:
Central communication system provides continuous vital activity of “Olzhichy” settlement. Autonomous heating and hot water supply system is installed in each cottage.

Zoning and improvement:
Single architectural and art concept of the settlement has been carefully thought over with consideration of surrounding landscape peculiarities and potential users’ wishes. Houses in the settlement is executed in the Finnish villages style.
Landscaping works, paving, lighting, planting, improving of green walking zone, sports and children playgrounds will be carried out at the territory as well as several ponds will be improved.
Social infrastructure
Developed infrastructure will be provided in the settlement including 2 buildings for recreation and entertainment; in one of these party-houses a restaurant and recreation premises will be located, and in the other building - gym, sauna, mini-market, and medical room. There are 2 specially equipped outdoor sports grounds, beach and walking areas, 3 playgrounds for children of different also envisaged.
Security:
Professional security service provides 24 hours guarding of the fenced territory. By request, the security service specialists may create multi-level security system with introduction of modern surveillance and signaling means. Check-point regime is organized at the settlement’s territory
Management:
Own maintenance and management company will be established for the life support of “Olzhichy” settlement, which carry out further servicing of buildings, engineering systems and roads, territory cleaning as well as other services provision.
