Cottage town is located at 12 kilometers distance from Kyiv (Vyshgorod Area).
The general plan of “Noviy Dom” settlement envisages construction of 50 cottages of area from 221 to 265 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 8 hectares. Land lots of 1500 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.

In the village of social infrastructure is not available. In 2 kilometers from the town of cottage located Vyshgorod with shops and supermarkets, hospitals and polyclinics, schools and gardens.

Security:

Professional security service provides 24 hours guarding of the fenced territory.  By request, the security service specialists may create multi-level security system with introduction of modern surveillance and signaling means.  Check-point regime is organized at the settlement’s territory

Management:

Own maintenance and management company will be established for the life support of “Noviy Dom” settlement, which carry out further servicing of buildings, engineering systems and roads, territory cleaning as well as other services provision.
