General information:

Cottage town is located at 22 kilometers distance from Kyiv (Vasilkov Area).
The general plan of “Skifskiy” settlement envisages construction of 56 cottages of area from 189,5 to 211,1 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 10 hectares. Land lots of 1200 – 2500 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.

Construction material for cottages:

• Base: strip;
• Walls: brick
• Roof: metal tile; 
• Windows: double-glazing unit PHC;
• Façade finish: decoration plaster, facing brick etc.

Communications:

Central communication system provides continuous vital activity of “Skifskiy” settlement. Autonomous heating and hot water supply system is installed in each cottage.

Zoning and improvement:

Single architectural and art concept of the settlement has been carefully thought over with consideration of surrounding landscape peculiarities and potential users’ wishes. The houses in “Skifskiy” settlement will be built in the Western European style
 
Landscaping works, paving, lighting, planting, improving of green walking zone, sports and children playgrounds will be carried out at the territory as well as several ponds will be improved.

Social infrastructure:

Developed infrastructure including children’s room, pharmacy, sauna, mini-market. Establishment of additional objects of public and social infrastructure could be organized in future.

Security:

Professional security service provides 24 hours guarding of the fenced territory.  By request, the security service specialists may create multi-level security system with introduction of modern surveillance and signaling means.  Check-point regime is organized at the settlement’s territory

Management:

Own maintenance and management company will be established for the life support of “Skifskiy” settlement, which carry out further servicing of buildings, engineering systems and roads, territory cleaning as well as other services provision.
