General information:
Cottage town is located at 32 kilometers distance from Kyiv (Brovary Area).
The general plan of “New Bogdanovka” settlement envisages construction of 827 cottages of area from 117 to 255 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 100 hectares. Land lots of 300-1200 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a New Bogdanovka convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.

Asphalted roads and pavements with pedestrian slabs will be organized at the territories. Fixed street lamps will be mounted along the roads. Grass and trees will be planted at black soil at the public areas.
Social infrastructure:
Infrastructure including preschool institution for 4 groups, building of public-administrative and domestic purpose, mini convenience market with cafe will be provided in the settlement.
Security:
Professional security service provides 24 hours guarding of the fenced territory. By request, the security service specialists may create multi-level security system with introduction of modern surveillance and signaling means. Check-point regime is organized at the settlement’s territory.
Management:
Own maintenance and management company will be established for the life support of “New Bogdanovka” settlement, which carry out further servicing of buildings, engineering systems and roads, territory cleaning as well as other services provision.
