General information:
Cottage town is located at 18 kilometers distance from Kyiv (Borodyanka Area).
The general plan of “Polesje 2006” settlement envisages construction of 70 cottages of area from 307 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 9 hectares. Land lots of 1200 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.

Central communication system provides continuous vital activity of “Polesje 2006” settlement. Autonomous heating and hot water supply system is installed in each cottage.

Zoning and improvement:
Single architectural and art concept of the settlement has been carefully thought over with consideration of surrounding landscape peculiarities and potential users’ wishes. Designs of houses in the settlement «Polesije 2006» are executed with consideration of basic parameters as: natural factor, convenient functional zoning of premises and simplicity of structural solutions. The houses will be built in contemporary style.
Landscaping works, paving, lighting, planting, improving of green walking zone, sports and children playgrounds will be carried out at the territory as well as several ponds will be improved.
Social infrastructure:
Developed infrastructure including restaurant supported by a club, sports and children grounds, and recreation area will be provided in the settlement.
Security:
Professional security service provides 24 hours guarding of the fenced territory. By request, the security service specialists may create multi-level security system with introduction of modern surveillance and signaling means. Check-point regime is organized at the settlement’s territory.
Management:
Own maintenance and management company will be established for the life support of “Polesje 2006” settlement, which carry out further servicing of buildings, engineering systems and roads, territory cleaning as well as other services provision.
