General information:
Cottage town is located on the outskirts of Yalta.
The general plan of «Near the red stone» settlement envisages construction of 15 cottages of area 355-437 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 7 hectares. Land lots of 2000-3500 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments
Cottages are offered shell and core.

Central communication system provides continuous vital activity of «Near the red stone» settlement. Autonomous heating and hot water supply system is installed in each cottage.

Infrastructure in the village include: club house, stables, and children's playgrounds, guest parking.
