Cottage town is located in Livadija.
The general plan of «Magoby» settlement envisages construction of 26 cottages of area 267-674 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 17 hectares. Land lots of 6000 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments
