General information:
Cottage town is located in 60 km from Kyiv (Chernigov region).
The general plan of «Dalniy kordon» settlement envisages construction of 90 cottegases of area 150-310 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 46 hectares.Land lots of 2500-5000 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments

The territory will be implemented landscape work, paving, lights, landscaping, are equipped walking Green Zone, sports and playgrounds, improved reservoir.
Social infrastructure:
In settlement will provide for infrastructure, which includes construction minimarket with the necessary range (including food and household goods). It is placing the restaurant, beer bars, billiard equipment soccer field, tennis courts, volleyball court, playground, sauna and swimming pool
Security:
The entire village will be surrounded by decorative ferroconcrete plates with round-the-clock protection and checkpoint.
Management:
The whole complex operational and engineering work will perform its own Customer service
