Cottage town is located in Gurzuf village.
The general plan of «Villa Rose» settlement envisages construction of 10 cottages of area 344-611 sq.m and 14 town-houses of area 200 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 4,5 hectares. Land lots of 1300-2900 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.

Landscaping works, paving, lighting, planting, improving of green walking zone, parking will be carried out at the territory as well as several ponds will be improved.

Security:
Professional security service provides 24 hours guarding of the fenced territory. By request, the security service specialists may create multi-level security system with introduction of modern surveillance and signaling means. Check-point regime is organized at the settlement’s territory.
Management:
